Sometimes I get bored on the Internet. How that's possible, I don't know. But it happens.

So I decided to share a couple of my favorite recent links with you all in case you're ever in the same boat!

Paleo Pumpkin Granola

As soon as I saw this post, I legit ZOOMED to the store to buy dates and then immediately set to work making a batch. Definitely was worth the effort because this granola is the bomb! Super crunchy and it tastes like fall! My brother had no idea that there wasn't any oats in it.

Paint Chip Calendar

A friend on Facebook posted this link and I love the idea of it! So much fun and very customizable. Plus, its reusable.

Breaking Calvin

An amazing cross between Calvin & Hobbes and Breaking Bad. Who'd have thunk? Can't wait til more seasons are added!

  1. I have some dates stashed away in the pantry right now, I may have to make the granola. Good luck on your race.

    2. It can't be worse than my last batch of granola. I've even putting a small portion in mini muffin cups, topping it with melted peanut butter (freeze 20 mins)' melted chocolate (freeze 20 more minutes) and sea salt.

Good luck with your paleo diet - it's hard but it was totally worth it for me. Also, I'm roasting a chicken for the first time tomorrow as well (eek). I hope it turns out as well as yours did!
