Happy Wednesday! Happy Hump Day! Happy What I Ate Wednesday!
Breakfast: Whole wheat English muffin; egg whites; slice of cheese; slice of thick cut roast beef
Yummy, I love egg sandwiches. I haven't had one in awhile since I've been dabbling with eating Paleo. (Grains and dairy are both no-no's.) Anyways, this totally hit the spot.
Lunch: Salad w/ grilled chicken, cukes, & strawberries
Stole a page outta my babe's book and threw some strawbs into my salad. :)
Snack: Special K Dark Chocolate Granola Bar

Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti w/ sauce; grilled chicken; salad
My babe made us dinner tonight. And it was delicious, as always. He's the bestest - thanks babe! :D
